What The Course is About:
Acrylic painting & drawing is a journey from the energy of the sketchbook to the expressive potential of acrylic paint on canvas, board or paper. We'll explore how drawing serves as a way into a painting. The class guides you through the essentials such as colour mixing, brush work and building up a painting in layers. Each term we have a different theme which guides our work. For example last term it was "Landscape: sky, water & land".
