This course is ideal for complete beginners who have never worked with clay before, or for those with some experience, who’d like to brush up their skills and gain confidence in throwing, hand building and glazing.

This pottery PAYG (Pay as You Go) course is aimed at students with some experience who need additional time within the pottery studio. You will be able to work on your own projects under the guidance of a ceramic tutor.
Sculpture in Ceramics, from life model 3D Campus
This course teaches sculpture from life using clay. It is aimed at all levels of ability; beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Each term will begin with sessions that aim to introduce the beginner to basic material and sculptural processes

Woodcarving
This short course is aimed at students who have an interest in but no previous experience of carving or working with wood. For students who may have completed the one-day course introduction to woodcarving it will provide the opportunity to develop their skills further and begin work on a larger more complex project.
