Intensive Throwing Week – 3D Campus
This course is aimed at throwers that would like to perfect and fine tune their throwing technique. Students will be able to work for 5 consecutive days on individual projects guided by an experienced tutor.
What The Course is About:
This course is aimed at throwers that would like to perfect and fine tune their throwing technique. Students will be able to work for 5 consecutive days on individual projects guided by an experienced tutor. Throwers will be shown different methods of throwing forms and introducing some manipulation of the forms. Note: Spaces are limited to only 12 students for this intensive course.
Materials Required:
Students are encouraged to bring a note book/sketchbook and a phone camera to video the various demonstrations. Basic tools can be purchased from the shop. Materials such as clay, slips, coloured clay and glazes are provided and a charge is made based on the weight of your work prior to firing. You will also need a waterproof apron, not cotton.
