Pottery Open Studio PAYG 3D Campus

This pottery PAYG (Pay as You Go) course is aimed at anyone interested in clay and pottery. Experienced potters will be able to work on their own projects while beginners will be introduced to various pottery techniques, and good studio practices.

What The Course is About:

This course is aimed at students with some experience who need additional time within the pottery studio. You will be able to work on your own projects under the guidance of a ceramic tutor. This is a practical course, which will be tailored to the individual student capabilities.

Materials Required:

No tools will be needed initially but as students progress they will build up a personal collection of favourite tools. The school shop stocks basic requirements. Plastic aprons are provided if needed, but please bring your own if you can.

N.B Different clay will need to be weighed and paid for before firing to cover the cost of two firings and glaze/colour materials. We have Stoneware/Eathenware (Terracotta) /Porcelain clays to use.
