Summer School – 2 Days: Creative Sketchbooks
Exploring different materials and approaches to creating lively sketchbooks that can help feed and develop your artistic practice.
What The Course is About:
The 2 Day Course will explore different ways to use a sketchbook and to try out a variety of materials and approaches. Sketchbooks have been and continue to be a vital part of the practice of artists and designers, a place to record our experience of the world and to play with ideas generated.
Materials Required:
What to bring to the first session: An A5 and an A4 sketchbook, a selection of pencils including coloured pencils if you have them. Watercolours and brushes would also be useful. Further equipment can be purchased from the well stocked PSAD Art shop.

End of course:
What will I achieve? You will learn a range of techniques to use within your sketchbook to enhance your creative confidence and hopefully re-invigorate and challenge your current art practice and thinking.
